Faith Clark was born in West Sussex on 10th December, 1995. She died suddenly here at home, 19th February 2014. Just 18 years old. The first piece of music is Faith playing her own composition, then other songs she loved. We love and miss her so much. Tim, Heather, Isaac & Oscar XXXX
